If your project is already up and running and you are well underway with the development and documenting of your strategy, approaches and planning; Enisus can offer an impartial review service that will highlight any areas, from previous experience, that could potentially add risk or generate downstream issues as the project progresses.
In particular we would review areas, such as data extraction, that are prone to delays and causing additional costs (generally through resource requirements and the payment to 3rd parties), plus focus on where costs might be saved through approaching tasks in different, non-conventional but time efficient ways.
Another key area where value can be added is a thorough review of the project planning, both in terms of focus and maintenance, as well as whether or not key deliverable time windows are actually achievable!
The purpose of these reviews is not to find fault with or criticise the work you have done. It is to help you achieve your goals, save money and make you aware of aspects of your project that will potentially cause you issues that you may not have considered.
