With over 25 years’ senior management experience on large scale nationwide and global Data Management projects, Enisus has been developing a standard, achievable approach and solution for transitional Data Management that result in a cost effective form of business engagement over the recruitment of medium to long term contractors or consultants.
Having completed successful engagements in Finance (including GL, Purchasing, Receivables, Payables, Assets, Expenses and Master Data), Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, Electronic Patient Record and Utilities systems with a mixture of on premise and Cloud; Enisus can assist your project team with a wide range of specific, targeted roles or deliverable production to add value, cost and time savings and most importantly honest, real world experience to your Data Management project.
There is significant commercial drive toward moving on premise systems (in particular large ERP systems) into the Cloud, the resource and cost savings in doing so, as well as progression and high demand on data sciences to support business activities, should put this to the top of any businesses technical road-map. Enisus is here to offer guidance and hands on assistance with these projects at the level your project demands or budget allows. Whether this is simply a few days consultancy on high level planning, or the full outsource of an auditable documentation suite including an end to end strategy.
What you can expect from us is realism. We will not agree that a Cloud solution can be deployed in 6 weeks, from project initiation, if we know that it is not achievable. We will evaluate the tasks we are allocated and will apply 25 years’ worth of lessons learned to provide you with robust guidance, solutions and artifacts as per your engagement need. Enisus is required to work under an NDA and within your Data Governance principles for all customers.
